Effective today, December 17, 2009, we will no longer accept or sell bedding unless it is for a baby or toddler.

We have not accepted Christmas items since November 13th and will not accept Winter items after December 18th. You can start bringing Spring items on February 1st. What can you bring between December 18 and February 1? Décor, furniture, Valentine & St. Patrick's items, bedding, jeans, sweatshirts, shoes, purses, jewelry, etc.
We have recently put out a larger selection of Melissa & Doug items. Remember, Santa shops here!

Our $7 a bag clearance room will be temporarily unavailable — we will re-introduce it at a later date and will announce it on our website.
Our men’s section is growing! Due to demand we have re-located our men’s area to the furniture room. We will not have a men’s dressing room available but as always, you can return items within 48 hours.

It is with a fond farewell we say goodbye to Cyndi (she is moving out of state). Please join us in saying goodbye to her, she is our familiar friendly face at our purple doors intake area. She has been a great asset to our team & will be missed!

As you
know, the new law still prohibits us from selling used toys, at this time
we have pulled consignor toys off the sales area and are upstairs in a
storage, please check your account from the last 60 days and if there are
toys that have not sold & you would like to get them back please come
to the store & collect them upstairs. We will hold this large amount
until 4/17/09 then will automatically donate due to space constraints, we
are so sorry for the
inconvenience and certainly would have loved to sell your items!
Stay informed! There are
new CPSC children's products safety laws in effect in February 10,
2009, please check this link for more info .
As always, we work
to diligently follow the laws & keep up with recalled products, and would never knowingly sell a product that
was harmful. As of, 2-10-09 we have pulled the toys/bikes off our sales
floor & put into storage to comply with
the current law, we are hopeful it may change soon
and will keep you informed, at this time we can no longer accept
toys/bikes at all until we get the ok from the government regarding the new
law!
Please help us
support a new bill so we can sell used toys!

will start taking Spring items Feb. 2nd, just keep in mind it takes
us 2-3 weeks to get it to the sales floor, then it stays only 60
days. We will take summer items starting the end of April.

Exciting news! Once again we are getting ready to expand! We are all excited, please bear with us as the clothing racks are a lot more crowded than we would like, hopefully we will ready by July 15th! This will give us a total of 9000 square feet of shopping space!

We have more space & of course it is filling
up fast! You get to drive around back to the double purple doors & this is where you drop off. Please be careful to allow thru traffic & either park close to the building or in the grass, ring the bell & come in! Say "Hi" to Cyndi, Jenny & Charlotte-they are the friendly faces usually there.
A lot of you wonder where we donate to, it does vary, but right now the 3 main ones are Wags to Riches (they raise money for animal adoption & care), Fairview Elementary clothing closet & Council on Aging Thrift of Hendersonville (benefits meals on wheels) we also help walk-in's regularly with needs such as foster families, it is very rewarding & everyone is so thankful! We are all very blessed to be in such a fortunate position to recycle & provide donations on a daily basis.
We have an extensive selection of new Melissa
& Doug toys, if you are not familiar with the line you will
LOVE it, they have high-end wooden toys. We have
doll houses, train tracks, puzzles & more, check it out for
great gifts! Where else can you use your store credit
towards gift purchases?!
LuLu's Last Chance clearance room is open! Bargains galore! Items added daily, fill a bag for $7-it is getting RAVE reviews so far!
